Returns and Refunds Policy

Upon Delivery:

When the delivery person arrives, you should check the product. If everything is in order, you can proceed with the payment. If there are any issues with the product, you may return it immediately.

Post-Payment Issues:

If you have already paid for the product and later find any minor issues, If the issue is caused by the delivery company, Manga Ocean BD will not be responsible for it.

No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, if the issue arises due to our fault, we will take special action to resolve it.

Products Eligible for Special Action:

1. Missing pages
2. Incorrect cover
3. Wrong book sent
4. Major printing mistakes

Special Action Process:

If you can provide proof of the issue, we will send you the correct book at no additional delivery charge. To qualify for this special action, you must inform us within 24 hours after delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
